Key Responsibilities
As a factory worker, your job may include:
- Assisting in assembling or packaging products
- Operating basic machines or production tools
- Inspecting items for quality control
- Constantly maintaining the workspace’s cleanliness, order, and upkeep
- Following safety guidelines at all times
- Supporting other departments when required
- Run machines and tools safely while keeping an eye on performance.
- Help put together parts or products as part of the daily production process.
- Check finished items to make sure they meet quality standards.
- Keep your workstation neat, clean, and well-organized.
- Stay on track with production goals and work efficiently.
- Let your supervisor know right away if something isn’t working right.
- Move raw materials and finished goods to and from the production area.
- Carefully pack and label products for storage or delivery.
- Stick to company rules and follow all safety instructions.
- Help count stock and keep track of inventory when needed.
You’ll be expected to stay focused, follow instructions, and complete tasks efficiently as part of a larger team.
